Another great Monday morning HIIT workout session at the park. After a nice and easy warm-up run, we hit the ropes, jumps, push-ups & kettle bell for some intense core, stability, endurance and strength training. 2 rounds, 8 sets, 40 sec work, 20 sec rest. What you think? Like what you see?
