Here at Stierli Health Consulting, the home of DannyTheCoach, we focus on Personal Nutrition, Weight Management, Fitness Training Guidance & Wholesome Cooking. We look at the human body as a whole and offer a Holistic Approach to Your Health. We all know that it is important to nourish your body with the best possible ingredients. But how do you figure out what the best foods are? What is good for you? What should you avoid? Where do you start? We can help you put it all together.

​We pride ourselves to listen to our clients and we understand the challenges that exist trying to stay healthy or change your lifestyle and to become a more healthy self. We do not only write and talk about health, we actually live it. Yes, we do shop at all organic grocery stores and at local farmers markets. And occasionally, we grow our own organic veggies (see picture of our hydro system). We love talking to the butcher, the baker and the farmer to find out where the meats come from. How do they feed the animals or where do they grow the radishes? We really do care and we want you, our client, to learn as much as you can from us. We want you to know how to fish. We don't want to just give you a fish.

You might ask yourself: "WHY should I care and put in all the extra effort? I got too much going on. Work is stressful. It will cost a lot of money. I do not have time!" - All valid points and we see this a lot...it is called empty reasons! You only have one body and one health. You might get a second change if you are lucky. We must make the best out of our health. We must take personal responsibility. If you can work 8, 10, 12+ hours for someone else, you should be able to spend 30 min a day for yourself, right? You are worth it.
Global stats (WHO) are not on our side: in 2016, 1.9 billion adults, 18 and older, were overweight (40%). Of these, over 650 million are obese (13%). And according to the CDC, over 70% of adults in the USA are overweight and of these, over 35% are obese. The future is not looking any better. Our foods are becoming more and more processed. We are less active. We spend less time preparing our own foods. All of this can affect our cardiovascular health, can cause diabetes, osteoarthritis and cancer just to name a few.

DANNY STIERLI
Originally from Switzerland now living in San Diego since 1996, Danny always had a passion for healthy foods & a healthy lifestyle. Tons of sports such as semi-pro volleyball player, expert skier, track & field, soccer and many more were other ways to keep him busy. The love for food & cooking was instilled by his grandmother and mother at an early age. Helping out in the kitchen, making breakfast & barbecuing where past-time chores fulfilled with joy.
Age   50...but I feel 30!

Location & Hours

We love what we do so we do not really have regular business hours. If you have questions or need help figuring out your lifestyle and it is Saturday at 4 pm, DannyTheCoach will be there to help! Ideally, we get some days off once in a while. But since we love what we do and we want to share our knowledge with our clients, we do not mind working odd hours.
