Sitting is the new Smoking
We humans sit over 80 percent a day. From sleeping, to driving to work, to sitting at work, to watching TV. It is causing all kinds of health issues. Why not just stand up during work, walk around, go talk to your co-workers? And raise your desk if possible! It could dramatically increase your health. Say no to hibernation at work.

Aperitif ... a good start
Apéritifs are meant to stimulate hunger as well as “cleanse” the palate to prepare it for the flavors of the meal, and should be rather light. Think of the apéritif as a stage setter. A good aperitif not only relaxes the mood, but can serve to stimulate the appetite and prep your palate for what is to come. For example, if you know you are going to be enjoying seafood, begin with something crisp and citrusy. One great option is a nice glass of Campari, which is a bitter drink common enjoyed in Europe. Other options could be a Martini or Negroni.
