"I contacted Danny over a year ago to help me with fitness, diet, weight attainment. Danny dove right in and reviewed my habits, checked my refrigerator and cupboards and we got busy. After about 9-10 months, I had lost nearly 40 lbs. Better than that, when I went to my physician for my annual physical, she asked if she had put me on any medications from last year. I said, "No." And then she asked what I had been doing over the last year as she noted my weight had dropped and my blood pressure was excellent. My lipid panel and blood panels were all excellent and she even took my off of my low dosage of hypertension medication. My physician told me that she wished all of her patients were doing as well as I was. Thanks to Coach Danny, I am living a much healthier lifestyle and feel great. Thank you, Danny!!!"

"In early July after a not-so-positive health report from my doctor I contacted Danny. We had met at a networking function and he had let me know SHC and its services. I signed up for consulting and report that explained my body type and what foods I should be eating and foods I should avoid. I also signed up for 1:1 sessions to go over activities, exercise regimen, and strategies for reaching my goals.
Well it is 4 weeks later and I am feeling great. Really great! I have a lot more energy, sleeping well at night, exercising daily, and I bought clothes this week that are three sizes smaller then when I first met with Danny just a month ago. The coaching and ideas Danny delivers are not a quick fix but a life long path to health and well being. I am extremely happy with my results and expect more to come as I continue down this path.

Well it is 4 weeks later and I am feeling great. Really great! Also I would like to work on my "flat stomach". I contacted Danny and discussed with him what should I do. Danny gave me the necessary motivation and structure how to bring my health under control.
Thanks to Danny's advice & suggestions, I now know what my metabolic type is, which helps me to work on my personal health goals. I have a clear vision what to do now, what to eat to stay healthy, what to drink and where to go for healthy foods. I want to be healthy, so I can enjoy my life to the fullest.
